    Dr. Ahmadi is a coastal and marine engineer with 20 years of experience in both of coastal engineering/modeling and marine structural engineering/design. He has worked on various international marine projects with diverse metocean climates, from concept through detailed design.

    Matthew is a coastal engineer who grew up in the Caribbean and is passionate about restoring our natural systems, such as coral reefs and mangroves, to achieve coastal protection of assets. Matthew also leads Baird’s Field Services group for equipment deployment and data collection.

    Murat has a Ph.D. in Coastal Engineering and over twenty-six years' experience in civil/coastal engineering. He has a strong background in modeling, sediments, dredging, coastal erosion, flooding and resiliency. He leads multi-disciplinary teams on large programs, through an understanding of the underlying processes including climate change impacts. Murat co-leads Baird’s NYC office.

    Saeed is a numerical modeler EIT whose expertise includes wave modeling and computational fluid dynamics. He has worked on various projects with an emphasis on coastal processes and hydrodynamics and has extensive experience in open-source numerical packages, customized solution algorithms, and advanced post-processing techniques.

    Wim is a port engineer with a Ph.D. in Coastal Engineering. He is an expert in the development and application of vessel simulation models (moored ships, passing ships) and port operational forecasting systems (under keel clearance in channels and at-berth conditions).

    Rhian is an environmental engineer, with training and experience in coastal and ocean engineering. Her expertise is in oceanographic, coastal, estuarine and fluvial process investigations, and how these processes impact natural and built environments.
